RefectoCil - Eyelash Lifter

Eyelash lifter is the long-awaited and ultimate application tool for eyelash lifting. The tool consists of two ends, which have a pointed end made of stainless steel and a brush at the other end. It becomes easier to go into detail and do satisfactory work. In addition, the tool is easy to clean.

The tool is a supplement to RefectoCil Eyelash Lift.
