SKEL babyhat

SKEL babyhat is a lovely yet simple hat for our most important people with a softly scalloped edge . The hat is knit from the bottom up in the round with a lace pattern at the bottom. The lace pattern is charted only.

* Note that this is an estimate as it depends on the individual knitter. The estimate is calculated with Sandnes Sunday in mind.

Material

Sunday from Sandnes Garn (50 g/235 m) or Camper from Kelbourne Woolens (50 g/183 m) or Bio Balance from BC Garn (50g/225 m).

Note that a different gauge is for each size.

Other material

• 2.0 mm [US0] and 2.5 mm [US1½] circular needles (40 cm/16“)
• 2.5 mm [US1½] and 3.0 mm [US2½] circular needles (40 cm/16“)
• 2.5 [US1½] or 3.0 mm [US2½] double pointed needles
• Stitch markers

Gauge

• 28 sts = 10 cm (4“) for sizes 1-3 months, 6-9 monts and 9-12 months
• 30 sts = 10 cm (4“) for sizes preemie & doll, 0-1 months, 3-6 months and 12-18 months
