TAXA is a Danish TV series about life at a small Copenhagen taxi center, Krone-Taxa. Here we meet the telephone ladies who try to keep an eye on the vehicles and the demanding customers around the clock, as well as the chairman who strategically fights for the survival of the family business in a time of fierce competition.
The workshop and the coffee shop provide the setting for frequent clashes between self-serving truckers and drivers who do what suits them.
But life at the center clashes with life on the street every day. The taxi people's private lives and work often come into conflict, and this leaves them with the question: Should they get involved - or should they stay out of it?

TAXA was a huge success with viewers when it was shown on DR1.
